Step 1 - which stairlift do i need?
If your staircase is straight, without any landings, you will require a straight stairlift. Our prices start from £750.
If your staircase is slightly curved, or has a landing, you will require a curved stairlift. Our Curved Stairlift prices start from £1,250.
Depending on your circumstances – whether that’s a budget or other circumstances – we may offer you a written quote for both a brand new stairlift, and a reconditioned stairlift.

Step 2 - Booking your free, no obligation home visit
Once you’ve determined which stairlift you may need, reach out to one of our friendly team using the enquiry form, or by picking up the phone and calling us on 0800 182 2098.
A member of the team will find a convenient date and time for one of our surveyors to carry out a free, no obligation home assessment by local professionals wherever you live, you can get for example a free home survery in Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, etc.. They will be able to confirm which stairlift you require, and give you a final quote.
Step 3 - Installation date
After your free, no obligation home assessment, you will be given time and space to make your choice.
If you do decide to opt for a Leodis Stairlift and make use of our 24/7 365 days a year call out service, then the next step is booking a date for your new stairlift to be installed.
All our stairlifts are installed by local professions who have worked for Leodis Stairlifts for many, many years.
Step 4 - after care
Once you’ve had your Leodis stairlift installed, we will follow-up a courtesy check-in call, and talk you through your two-year comprehensive warranty, and what happens when your warranty expires.
Unlike many other stairlift providers, we offer a complimentary 24/7 365 days a year call out service, so if you run into any issues, there will always be someone on the other end of the phone who can help.

How and when do I pay for my stairlift?
We ask for a small non-refundable deposit of £150 upon ordering. This can be paid by BACS, cheque or a debit/credit card. The balance is then payable once we’ve completed the installation and you have your lift in perfect working order.
Can stairlifts go around corners?
Our Curved Stairlifts can travel around corners. Curved Stairlifts are used when your staircase has bends in its journey.
Curved tracks can be used and fitted bespoke to your staircase, no matter how many corners there are.
Curved stairlifts can be fitted new or reconditioned, and they’re available to both purchase and as a rental. Even more complex staircases can be tackled. For example, with spiral staircases we use a ‘freecurve’ staircase to effortlessly move along the constantly bending track. How long will I have to wait for my stairlift?
We can usually install your stairlift within days, and often within 24 hours of ordering.
What happens if I no longer need my stairlift?
At Leodis Stairlifts, we offer a complete package from installation to removal. We can’t promise that it will always happen, and it will depend on a number of factors. If we are unable to buy back your stairlift, we will remove it for a small labour fee, and help put you in contact with someone else who may need it.
