At Leodis Stairlifts, all of our new stairlifts come with a five-year warranty, including parts and labour (batteries are covered for two years).
Our range of sleek, new stairlifts, made in Britain include the Ergo Straight, Ergo Twin Rail and Ergo Ultimate.
Our Recondtioned Stairlift Warranty
Thoroughly tested and reconditioned by our team of engineers, our secondhand stairlifts are an affordable stairlift solution for the honest budget with a comprehensive two-year parts & labour warranty (incl. batteries)
We offer the Leodis 130, our reconditioned straight stairlift, and the Leodis 180, our reconditioned curved stairlift.
Our Extended Stairlift Warranty
Once your warranty has reached its expiration, we offer an optional extended warranty. Our extended stairlift warranties provide up to a maximum of two year additional coverage. You’ll still have the exact same industry-leading care from our team, with 24/7 365 days a year support and callouts.
However, if you do need a stairlift service or repair outside of warranty, we’ll still attend any call out and give you the same premium service, but we will charge you on a case-by-case basis. Our extended warranty is popular amongst our customers, giving them that peace of mind our premium aftercare provides.

Do reconditioned stairlifts come with a warranty?
At Leodis Stairlifts, all of our reconditioned stairlifts come with our two-year stairlift warranty. With the same care as our new stairlift warranty – covering parts, labour, batteries and unlimited call-outs from our 24/7 365 days a year response cover.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes, we offer a non-compulsory extended warranty, providing an additional two-year coverage.
What happens when my stairlift warranty expires?
We offer an optional extended warranty for an additional two-years of coverage.
If you need a stairlift service or repair outside of warranty, we’ll still attend any call out – we’ll just charge you on a case-by-case basis.
