Leodis Stairlifts has recently become a Which? Trusted Trader and we couldn’t be prouder.
This good news comes in the year we celebrated our 30th Anniversary and tops off a fantastic year for us.
We decided to become members of Which? Trusted Traders as they are, (as the name suggests!) a trusted and well-recognised brand.
The national scheme is genuinely difficult to join, just ask our General Manager who persevered with the stringent application!
Some membership schemes will take on anyone who applies. Which? Trusted Traders certainly do not.
We underwent a rigorous assessment process by a trading standards professional to ensure we met the strict criteria set by Which? Trusted Traders.
We’ve already received some fantastic reviews on our Which? Profile page, and we hope to receive many more from our customers in the coming months. Which? even has an approval process for all new reviews so you can read them safe in the knowledge they are genuine experiences from our customers.
Being endorsed by Which? gives you the added peace of mind that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do and that we work to their Code of Conduct.
We very much enjoyed adding the Which? Trusted Trader badge to our fleet of vans, and the certificate now takes pride of place in our Head Office reception!
